Hey there, I’m Bek.

Homebirth + postpartum doula, naturopathy student + essential oils guide.

Mama to Luka + Marcy.

Perpetual student. Passionate advocate for women and children. Recovering perfectionist.

Every day seeking to create a more natural, nourishing and intentional life - and supporting other women to do the same.

For as long as I can remember I’ve been drawn to the magic of the transition to life on earth - pregnancy, babies, early childhood. This time is a rite of passage we all pass through, and are all irreversibly changed by. But the support we receive in this time is everything.

A pregnancy, birth + postpartum experience where we feel held and loved, where we are empowered and autonomous, where we have the space to lean fully into the experience - that’s what allows us to emerge on the other side shining a little brighter than we were before.

A start to life with parents who are informed, supported and confident in their decisions as parents - that’s what allows our children to flourish into their fullest potential.

And this is where I come in.

I believe that every mother deserves to be held as she creates and nourishes new life. That every child deserves the same, as they grow into who they’re meant to be.

I am here to offer the much needed support to women and children navigating these years, in whatever way I can.

It might be the emotional, practical + informational support through your pregnancy and postpartum. It might be a source of information about early childhood development. It might be supporting you through a low-tox or low waste journey, as you cultivate a more intentional and nourishing life for yourself and your family.

I’m here in many capacities - but at the heart of it, I’m here because of a few core beliefs, and these, I think, are what matters.

I believe that we were always meant to be a part of nature.

I believe that a space filled with beauty, quality and intention imbues these elements into our thoughts, our actions – our lives.

I believe in the value of childhood, in nurturing the years of transition to life on earth.

I believe that there is always something to learn.

I believe that motherhood is sacred. (That it’s mundane + messy, too).

I believe in human connection.

I believe in empowering women to be their best selves, so they can shine their light on the world.

I believe that we were meant to live surrounded by our village.

Because it takes a whole village to raise a child – and it takes one to raise a mother, too.
